Just One Box Campaign — Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
  • The promoter of this competition is Franco International in partnership with easihair pro South Africa.

 

  1. Eligibility
  • The competition is open to all clients who purchase easihair pro extensions at participating Franco International salons during the promotional period.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Franco International, easihair pro South Africa, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

  1. Promotional Period
  • The competition runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025.
  • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

 

  1. How to Enter
  • Every box of easihair pro extensions purchased during the promotional period = 1 entry.
  • Clients can earn an additional 2 bonus entries by:
    • Sharing a photo/video of their new look on social media.
    • Tagging @francointernational and @easihairpro.safrica.
    • Using the hashtags: #JustOneBox #FrancoInternational #easihairproSA.
  • Entries must be submitted via the official competition landing page by scanning the in-salon QR code and completing the entry form.

 

  1. Prize Details
  • One winner will receive:
    • Easihair Pro hair extensions valued at R20 000.
    • A professional makeup session.
    • A studio photoshoot experience.
  • The stylist who sold the extensions to the winning client will receive a R2 000 cash prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

 

  1. Winner Selection
  • The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted after the promotional period ends.
  • The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

 

  1. Winner Requirements
  • The winner must agree to:
    • Have their extension application, makeup, and photoshoot documented.
    • Allow the use of photos and videos for marketing purposes by Franco International and easihair pro South Africa.
  • By entering, participants consent to their names and images being used in marketing material.

 

  1. General Rules
  • The promoters reserve the right to:
    • Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not meet the requirements.
    • Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control require it.
  • The decision of the promoters regarding all aspects of the competition will be final and binding.
  • Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Liability
  • The promoters are not responsible for:
    • Late, lost, or misdirected entries.
    • Technical issues with QR code scanning, website access, or social media posting.
  • The promoters shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

 

  1. Data Protection
  • Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
  • Data will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the campaign.
